Karen originally hails from Ohio, and also attended Ohio University. She has worked in a variety of administrative capacities in different areas of health care, including mental health and OBGYN. Karen spent several years as a stay-at-home mom raising three kids.
In 2019, she returned to the workforce at Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery as a receptionist, and has recently been training to become a surgical assistant, as well.
When she’s not at work, Karen enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at the beach or in the mountains, doing things like hiking, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
